MyUSADashboard.com (“MyUSADashboard”, “we”, “us”) is operated by MarketPower USA, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit myusadashboard.com, fill in our sign-up form, create an account, or use the member dashboard and its sharing tools (including InviteMeFast), and how we use and protect it.
By using the website you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
| What | When we collect it | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details you give us | Sign-up form on the home page, account registration, your profile | Name, email address, phone number |
| Account information | When you create an account | Password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form), referral code, date joined, last login |
| Referral information | When you sign up through someone’s personal link | Who invited you, which picture (Ad) or video brought you to the site |
| Sharing activity | When you share or confirm you posted content | Which Ads or videos you shared, the platform (Facebook, X, etc.), date and counts |
| Invitations you send | When you use “Send Invitation” | Your friends’ email addresses, your optional message |
| Content you upload | Members and administrators who upload graphics, videos or documents | The files and their titles |
| Messages to us | Suggestion Box and emails | What you write to us |
| Technical information | Every visit | IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, cookies (see Section 6) |
We do not collect payment card details on this website.
On the Invite Friends page a member can choose to click “Gmail / Google” and sign in with Google so they can pick friends from their own Google address book instead of typing email addresses. This is optional. The same rules below also apply when a member signs in with Microsoft (Outlook, Hotmail, Microsoft 365).
With the member’s permission, MyUSADashboard requests only these two read-only Google permissions:
| Google permission (scope) | What we read |
|---|---|
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts.readonly | The names and email addresses of the contacts saved in the member’s Google Contacts. |
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts.other.readonly | The names and email addresses in the member’s “Other contacts” (people Gmail saves automatically when the member emails them). |
We request only the name and email fields (no phone numbers, addresses, photos, notes or other details). We do not access the member’s Gmail messages, calendar, files, password or any other Google data, and we cannot change or delete any contact.
We do not share, sell, rent, transfer or disclose Google user data to anyone. The contact list goes only from Google to our server and straight back to the signed-in member’s own browser. It is not shown to other members, administrators, advertisers or any other third party. The only exception would be if we were required to do so by law, and even then we hold no stored contact data to disclose (see 3.5).
Instead of signing in, a member can upload a contacts file. That file is read inside the member’s own web browser and is not sent to or stored on our website.
We use a small number of cookies, which are small files saved by your browser:
| Cookie | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Login session | Keeps you logged in while you use the dashboard | Until you close the browser or log out |
| “Remember me” | Keeps you logged in if you choose “Remember me” | 30 days |
| Referral (mud_ref, mud_ad) | Remembers who invited you and which Ad you clicked, so the right member gets credit | 30 days |
| Google reCAPTCHA (if switched on) | Checks that you are a person, not a robot; set by Google under Google’s Privacy Policy | Set by Google |
| Embedded videos (YouTube, Vimeo) | Set by those services when you play a video | Set by those services |
We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you may then need to log in again and referral credit may not be recorded.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
How long we keep it. We keep account information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. Spam-protection records (IP address and email of a form submission) are deleted automatically after 2 days.
Security. The website uses an encrypted (https) connection, passwords are stored only in hashed form, and access to member lists is limited to administrators. No website is completely secure, so please use a password you do not use elsewhere.
Your choices and rights. You can view and update your details in your Profile, unsubscribe from our emails, remove Google or Microsoft access, and ask us for a copy of your information or to correct or delete it by emailing. Depending on where you live (for example California and several other US states), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor those requests and will not treat you differently for making them.
Children. The website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 where state law requires). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy. We may update this policy. We will change the effective date at the top and, for important changes, tell members by email or on the dashboard.
