Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and MarketPower USA, LLC, which operates MyUSADashboard.com (“MyUSADashboard”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the website, the member dashboard or its sharing tools (including InviteMeFast), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who can use MyUSADashboard

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these Terms.
• The information you give us (name, email, phone) must be true and your own.
• One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done with your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

2. What the service is

MyUSADashboard is a free member dashboard with videos, documents, voter information and tools to share content with friends and family. It is provided for information and civic engagement. MyUSADashboard is not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee. Views expressed in videos, documents and member posts are those of their authors.

We may add, change, pause or remove features at any time, and the service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

3. Sharing and inviting people

• Only invite people you know and who would welcome your message. Do not use the website to send spam, bulk messages to strangers, or purchased or scraped email lists.
• When you post on Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Truth Social or any other site, you must follow that site’s rules. You are responsible for your own posts and accounts on those sites. We are not responsible if another site limits, suspends or removes your account or posts.
• When you use “Open in My Gmail / Outlook” or sign in with Google or Microsoft to pick friends, you are sending from your own email account and must follow your email provider’s rules and daily limits.
• Referral counts, share counts and any rewards shown in the dashboard are for information and recognition. They may be corrected if they are wrong, and they have no cash value unless we clearly say otherwise in writing.

4. Your conduct

You agree not to:

• break any law, including election, privacy and anti-spam laws;
• harass, threaten, impersonate or mislead anyone, or post hateful, violent, sexually explicit or illegal content;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or that contains viruses or harmful code;
• create fake accounts, use robots or scripts to sign up or share, or try to get around our security or limits;
• copy, resell or misuse the website, other members’ information, or our content.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

5. Content

• Our content: the website, its design, logos, videos, graphics (Ads) and documents belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may share them using the sharing tools for their intended purpose, but you may not change them or use them commercially without permission.
• Your content: you keep ownership of anything you upload or write (for example graphics, messages or suggestions). You give us permission to store, display and share it on MyUSADashboard and in the sharing tools so the service can work. You confirm you have the right to share it.
• If you believe content on the website infringes your rights, email us with the details and we will review it promptly.

6. Emails from us

By creating an account you agree to receive account emails (such as your welcome email and password resets) and news and updates from MyUSADashboard. Every update email has an Unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not close your account.

7. Other websites and services

The website links to and works with other services (for example YouTube, Vimeo, Google, Microsoft and social media sites). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, rules or privacy practices.

8. No warranties

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, correct or current, or that the website will always be available or error-free. Please check important voting information (such as dates, polling places and registration rules) with your official state or local election office.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MarketPower USA, LLC and its owners, team members and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, followers or profits, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to US $100.

10. Your responsibility

You agree to hold MarketPower USA, LLC harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) caused by your content, your posts and messages, or your breaking these Terms or the law.

11. Closing your account

You may stop using the website at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or harm other members or the service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and, for important changes, tell members by email or on the dashboard. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which MarketPower USA, LLC is organized. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the website.
